Good hotel close to the city at a great price.

Good location with easy access to public transport and local facilities. Got a free upgrade which was great. Food in the bar was also good with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.

Wonderful service at the hotel and the Keepers restaurant. It's my wife's birthday and they brought us a cake, they even sang happy birthday to her. Thank you very much to all the staff, especially Anton and Khan.... You are very great!!!

-Location Location Location. Literally 2mins walk to tower hill station n 5mins walk to Tower Of London. -contemporary/trendy hotel -modern big bathroom -Decent breakfast

-No air conditioning especially felt it in the summer heat. Only air cooling. Not good enough on hot days. -Typical stench/smell on the 1st floor as soon as u get out of the lift. -Congested room with 1queen n 2 single beds leaving barely any space to walk around the room but "sleeps" family of 4 easily. -No views from the room. Looking straight into windows from building across the street.

Location and the staff are nice.

The room is really HOT! I had a hard time sleeping. I did not even use a blanket the whole night because it is so warm inside the room. The sheets and the towels are pretty dingy.

What was the highlight of Novotel London Tower Bridge

The facilities were generally excellent, as was the staff. The rooms were very clean and spacey, and the bed was big and comfortable. The shower cabin was spacious, and again, the whole bathroom was very clean and nice. The breakfast was well laid out and there was a large variety of choices, and there was plenty of it. Location to the Tube was great, and overall, was a very comfortable place to stay. Price is very good, and an excellent value for money in general.

We didn't like the fact that there was an extra amount of 50 GBP held by the hotel, which we only found out about when actually checking in. This amount is immediately held with the room charge at check-in. This is not itself a large amount, but there wasn't any warning out this charge when booking, and it isn't written anywhere, neither on Booking.com, nor in the confirmation emails. And the charge is of course not released back immediately, and will probably take some days (it's been two days and we are still waiting for its return). Supposedly, this charge was for "extras" that we MIGHT use, and then if we didn't use them, would be returned to us (which, to be fair, the invoice at check out stated the correct amount, and a follow-up invoice was sent confirming this amount) . This should be told to guests as they book the place so they can set aside or plan for it, because it is also a part of the budget for one's trip.

Good clean and comfortable rooms . reception can be a bit confusing if there is no one. Breakfast was worth the money . location 5 star as its close to most attractions and hop on hop of buses start and finish a tower hill 2 minute walk . Kids loved it travel with family of 4.

ATM inside the novotel chargers for cash withdrawals so you need to find one that dosnt but its only 2 minute walk.

Good overall ambience. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast is a shambles with surly staff and the food is bland and tasteless and customers are often left waiting for 5-10 mins for more food when it runs out

Location of the hotel is great...near to tower hill station, with so many london attractions nearby walking distance like london bridge, tower bridge, tower of London, monument, the Shard, St Peter's cathedral.

Rooms were out dated and the breakfast option were poor.

Good location right next to Tower Hill tube station

We booked a room with a double bed and sleeping sofa for the kids, but did not get such room. Instead they rolled in two spare beds for the kids, which took up all the space in the room (standard room).
